The Power of Habit


When you put the book down, you will be different. Why did you put it down? Why did you even
pick it up? Duhigg forces you to look closer, at yourself that is, in hopes of improving how you control your immediate environment. It is one thing to tell the reader that their actions are controlled by the uncontrollable, but yet another feat to prove the message with tangible and relatable stories.
